The Formula

What is the subscription option? When you subscribe, you save 20% on every order — bringing the price down from £19.99 to £15.99 every 2 months. Your formula ships automatically so you never run out, and you only pay when an order is placed.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you'd like to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@droughtskin.com. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your delivery, please email us at info@droughtskin.com with a photo and your order details and we'll resolve it promptly.
